3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders must be paid in full before processing.
  • We accept various secure payment methods.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled (please refer to our Cancel & Refund Policy).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India. Delivery time depends on location and courier service.
  • Live plants are packed carefully, but minor transit damage may occur. Please report major issues within 24 hours.
  • Incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient may result in delivery failure.

5. Return & Refund Policy

  • We follow a transparent Refund Policy for damaged or wrong products.
  • No returns or refunds are provided for healthy live plants after 24 hours of delivery.
