Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
- To cancel an order, please email us at agronurserywestbengal@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91 76792 98806 with your order details.
- Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
1. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged, diseased, or incorrect plant/product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Send us clear photos of the plant/product and the packaging via WhatsApp or email.
2. Product Not Received
- If your order has not been delivered within the expected time frame, please contact us to check the status.
- If undelivered due to our fault, we will issue a full refund or reship the item.
3. Wrong Product Received
- If you receive the wrong plant or item, we will offer a replacement or refund.
No Refunds/Returns On:
- Live plants after 24 hours of delivery.
- Customer neglect or wrong care resulting in plant damage.
- Change of mind after the plant has been shipped or delivered.
Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7â10 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
